The Monthly/Initial Download Program (FF310E) is loaded.

The Monthly Download Detail screen (FF310S01) is displayed.

Used to perform a monthly download to the forecasting application.

Monthly Upload

The Forecasting Monthly Upload Program (FF320E) is loaded.

The Monthly Upload Detail screen (FF320S01) is displayed.

Used monthly to request that projected demand data be uploaded from the forecasting package to Master Scheduling.

Initial Download

The Monthly/Initial Download Program (FF310E) is loaded.

The Initial Download Detail screen (FF310S01) screen is displayed.

Used to perform an initial download for the previous 42 months.

Reference File Maintenance

The Reference File Maintenance Program (CF110E) is called.

The select screen (CF110S1A) is displayed.

Used to update system parameters and codes.

The DSPMSG command is submitted for the workstation.

Used to view AS/400 system messages that have been sent to this workstation's message queue.

Work with Submitted Jobs

FNWRKSBMJOB

The WRKSBMJOB command is submitted for the user's sign-on ID.

Used to determine the status of batch jobs after they have been submitted from processing.  The job can be routed to a different job queue or printer queue, it can be deleted from the system (if it has not run yet), or any spooled files can be viewed.

The Error File Inquiry Program (DE960E) is loaded.

The Error File Inquiry screen (DE960S01) is displayed.

Used to view a specific error number and the associated error message.
