This screen displays revision level information for the part specified on the Function Select screen.
PLANT
Display only. The plant where the part is manufactured.
PART NUMBER
Display only. This display-only field indicates the part whose revision levels are displayed on this screen.
AUTOMATIC REVISION GENERATION FLAG
Display only. This display-only field indicates whether the part will automatically have revision levels generated for it based upon changes in product structure definition due to components with effectivity dates or engineering change orders (ECOs).
REVISION LEVEL
Display only. The current revision level of the part, as defined on the Part Master File.
REVISION LEVEL NUMBER
Display only. The revision level number for the given record.
EFFECTIVITY DATE
Display only. The date on which the revision level will go into effect on the shop floor.
REVISION LEVEL OUT FLAG
Display only. A flag to determine whether or not the revision level under consideration will go out of effect based upon another revision level coming into effect. Value will be "Y" or "N".
USER ADDITION FLAG
Display only. This flag determines whether the revision level listed was manually added by a user or automatically generated by the Revision Level Generation program.
REVISION DESCRIPTION
Display only. Text explaining the change and why it was required. This field has no effect on system processing.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
F9 - Enter the Revision Level Maintenance Program.
