This screen is used to request a listing of parts and to select the information that you wish to see printed on the listing. The report may be printed for all parts or for only those parts missing critical data.
PLANT
Required. Used to identify the plant where the workcenters exist. The plant must be valid (not blanks or nines) and the user must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File category 409). Defaults to the plant are assigned to the user ID, but may be changed by pressing F17.
SUBMIT REPORT REQUEST
Optional. Enter 'X' to request the report.
PART PRINT OPTION
Required. Valid values are:
A - Print all parts. Place an 'X' by each menu option. Used if you want to select all parts with errors.
P - Print only those parts for which necessary parameters have not been defined. You may further limit the parts that print by selecting one or more of the six error conditions listed on the screen. Thus, if Part Print Option is 'P' and an 'X' is placed next to Bill of Matl - Mfg, only manufactured parts that have no bill of material will print on the report. If Part Print Option is 'P', at least one of the six error conditions must be selected. If all six conditions are left blank, an “Invalid Audit Request” error message will appear on the screen.
At least one of the eight line print options must be selected: Part Number/Description Only, System Fields, User Fields, Inventory Fields, Cost Fields, Sales Fields, Productivity Fields, Purchasing Fields.
PART NUMBER/DESCRIPTION ONLY
Optional. If an 'X' is entered, only the part number and its description will appear on the report.
SYSTEM FIELDS

USER FIELDS
Optional. If an 'X' is entered, user-maintained fields are printed, with the exception of distribution, cost and inventory control fields.
INVENTORY FIELDS
Optional. If an 'X' is entered, inventory control-related fields will print on the report.
COST FIELDS
Optional. If an 'X' is entered, current and standard costs will appear on the report.
SALES FIELDS
Optional. If an 'X' is entered, sales-related information will appear on the report.
PRODUCTIVITY FIELDS
Optional. If an 'X' is entered, productivity-related information, such as container code, number of BON cards, number of CON cards and group technology number, will be printed on the report.
PURCHASING FIELDS
Optional. If an 'X' is entered, purchasing-related information will appear on the report.
