The Design Engineering Calendar File Maintenance/ Inquiry screen allows you to define what days of the month are shop working days.
If the Master Scheduling application is installed, define the week start day on the Reference File (Category C13) before using this screen. (To define a Reference File Category, return to the System Support Menu and choose option 11).
To the right of each date on the calendar, enter one of the following codes:
* - Not a working day
W - Working day
The default value for weekdays is W. The default values for Saturday and Sunday are determined by Weekend Work.
Options - Reference File Category C13. (To change the Weekend Work Options, press F10 to display the function select screen, then choose option 11 to enter Reference File Maintenance - Category C13). The calendar must be updated far enough into the future so that parts with a long lead time may be scheduled. Reference File Category C14 will hold the "warning" and end dates to help determine how far into the future a given calendar has been calculated.
