This screen is used to request a report of scheduled changes in product design.
This screen is displayed in two modes: in standard input mode when the report request is called from the application menu and in display only mode when called from the transaction review option. When in display only mode, you may only delete the request.
PLANT
Required. Used to identify the plant in which maintenance/inquiry will be done. The plant must be valid (not blanks or nines) and the user must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File category 409). Defaults to the plant assigned to the user's ID, but may be changed by pressing F17.
PERIOD START DATE/PERIOD END DATE
Required. The Period Start and End Dates provide a reporting horizon. Any engineering changes that come into or go out of effect between these two dates will appear on the report.
REQUESTOR
Optional. The requestor will appear at the top of the report.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process the request.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit without updating the request.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F5 - This key is active only if the retrieval request is called from the transaction review. This key is used to view the previous transaction.
F6 - This key is active only if the retrieval request is called from the transaction review. This key is used to view the next transaction.
F10 - Return to the Function Select screen.
F14 - Used to Delete the current transaction on this screen.
F15 - Clear all data on screen.
F16 - Used to change the output location.
F17 - Used to change the plant in which the user is currently working.
F21 - Used to change enter a new reference ID.
