Purpose
The Bill of Material Comparison report compares two bills of materials (BOM), two manufacturing orders (MO), or a bill of material and a manufacturing order and highlights the difference between them. This report displays the components in the BOM of the parts requested for comparison. If a component is common to both bills of material, you can compare the component quantity pers in both bills of material. You can also see which components are not common to both bills of materials. By looking at the report totals at the bottom of the report, you can see how many components differ in quantity, how many components are not used in both bills of materials, and how many components match.
Report Sequence
