CONBON Cards
CONBON Cards
The example shown above assumes that CONBON cards are not used, or that only a single card is used. Using a dual-card CONBON system, however, allows you to record the inventory movement between the producing and relief locations. This system requires an additional transaction (a BON transfer) but provides visibility of inventory. The receipt is recorded at the producing location (when a CON card is received), the movement is recorded (when a BON card is received), and the issue is backflushed at the relief location.
The figure below shows how inventory is received under each relief type, in both dual-card and single-card CONBON systems.
