This screen is used to define to the Capacity Planning module the length of the periods to be used for load summary inquiry and reporting. Only working days (as set up on the shop calendar) will be considered.
PLANT
Required. Used to identify the plant in which maintenance/inquiry will be done. The plant must be valid, and you must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File category 409). Defaults to the plant assigned to your user ID, but may be changed via Command Key 17.
NUMBER OF DAYS PER PERIOD
Required. Enter the number of days required in each load period. You can define up to 100 periods in total, and there cannot be any gaps between periods. The period load mask is used in the load summary and detail functions to accumulate load from a requested start date.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Display the second screen if 50 periods have been defined on this screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
F14 - Delete the currently displayed transaction.
F15 - Respecify all period lengths on this screen.
F17 - Change the plant in which the user is currently working.
