This screen is used to specify the workcenter and time period for which summary load will be displayed. The inquiry will use the previously-defined report periods to compare load with available capacity across time.
PLANT
Required. Used to identify the plant where the workcenters exist. The plant must be valid (not blanks or nines) and the user must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File category 409). Defaults to the plant are assigned to the user ID, but may be changed by pressing Command 17.
WORKCENTER NUMBER
Required. Enter the workcenter for which you wish to review details of the scheduled load. Load cannot be reviewed for an outside process workcenter.
PERIOD START DATE
Required. Must be a working day on the Shop Calendar. The start of the period for which load is to be summarized. The period mask will be applied from this date forward.
PERIOD END DATE
Required. Must be a working day on the Shop Calendar. The date up to which load will be displayed.
LOAD OPTION
Optional. Used to select whether labor or machine load will be displayed first. Valid codes are: L - Labor M - Machine Blank - Display the type of load corresponding to pacing of the selected workcenter.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Display the detail screens.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F8 - Enter the Workcenter Inquiry program.
F17 - Used to change the plant in which the user is currently working.
