This screen displays all the scheduled operations that contribute to the outstanding workload for the requested workcenter/period. The total capacity and load for the period (shown in the top portion of the screen) are accumulated from the individual operations listed below. The order status is shown for each operation listed, along with the scheduled start and due dates for the operation.
PLANT
Display only. The plant where the workcenter is located.
LAST CP GENERATION DATE
Display only. The date on which the generation of planned labor requirements was last performed. The load information displayed will not reflect changes to the order schedule which have been made since this date. You may wish to re-run the CP Generation to obtain the most up-to-date load picture. If Shop Floor Control is installed, load due to open and firmed orders will be completely current. That due to planned orders will be current only as of the last generation date.
FROM (START DATE)
Display only. The first day in the period for which load is displayed.
TO (END DATE)
Display only. The last day in the period for which load is displayed.
WORKCENTER NUMBER
Display only. The workcenter for which load information is displayed.
DESCRIPTION
Display only. Text used to identify the workcenter. It is retrieved from the Workcenter File.
W/C CAPACITY
Display only. The available capacity for the workcenter, after efficiency and utilization are taken into account.
DEPARTMENT NUMBER
Display only. The department that is responsible for the workcenter.
MACHINE/LABOR PACED FLAG
Display only. Indicates whether the workcenter is machine-paced (M) or labor-paced (L).
W/C TOTAL LOAD
Display only. The total load placed on the workcenter during this period.
HOURS PER DAY
Display only. The standard number of hours available to be worked at the workcenter each day.
INCLUDE SETUP IN LOAD
Display only. Indicates whether the total load includes load caused by setup activities. Values are Y (yes) and N (no).
PERCENTAGE LOAD
Display only. The percentage of the capacity that is represented by the load. It is calculated by dividing the total load by the workcenter capacity. Any number greater than 100 indicates that the workcenter is over capacity for the period.
ORDER NUMBER
Display only. The manufacturing order that is placing load on this workcenter during the period.
ORDER STATUS
Display only. Indicates whether the order is currently planned (P), firmed (F), open (O), closed (C), or accounting closed (Z).
PART NUMBER
Display only. The part that is being produced on this manufacturing order.
OPERATION NUMBER
Display only. The step in the part's routing that is assigned to this workcenter. The operation numbers indicate the sequence in which the routing steps are performed.
OPERATION LINE NUMBER
Display only. If this field is not zero, the operation is an alternate operation.
START DATE
Display only. The day work is scheduled to begin on the operation.
DUE DATE
Display only. The day when the operation should be completed.
SETUP LOAD
Display only. The amount of load caused by setting up the workcenter to run this operation. Depending on the Include Setup in Load field, this may or may not be included as part of the total load for the operation.
RUN LOAD
Display only. The amount of load caused by running this operation at the workcenter.
TOTAL LOAD
Display only. If the Include Setup in Load field is Y, this field equals the setup load plus the run load. If the Include Setup in Load field is N, this field equals the run load.
PERCENT LOAD
Display only. The percentage of the workcenter's capacity that is taken up by this operation. It is calculated by dividing the total load from this operation by the total capacity for the workcenter during the period.
