A Sample Definition of Report Period.
In this example, each report period represents a working week. In periods three and four, there are only four working days in each period because of a public holiday in each week. These periods are used by the load summary inquiry and report programs, in which there is a limit of 500 days between the requested start and end dates. The start date entered on the Load Summary/Detail Inquiry Function Select screens and Load Summary/Detail Report Request screens is considered day one of period one.
