This screen allows the user to view and/or modify analysis records from the CON, BON, and single card analysis files in order to make print requests. Either net change or total suggested quantity data are displayed, as specified on the select screen.
PLANT
Required. Used to identify the plant in which maintenance/inquiry will be done. The plant must be valid, and you must be authorized to the manufacturing company/warehouse associated with the plant (Reference File category 409). Defaults to the plant assigned to your user id.
PRODUCTION CENTER
The production center entered on the select screen.
MAINTENANCE CODE
The action suggested by the CONBON Analysis Program. This code is displayed only if the net change option was selected. Defaults to either add or remove upon initial display, depending on whether the print quantity is an increase or decrease from the current number of cards on the shop floor. Possible values are:
1 - Print and add the card quantity requested
2 - Remove the card quantity requested
PART NUMBER
All parts from the Part Master File that are produced in the requested production center and that have records on the requested analysis file for the current or following flow interval.
REVISION LEVEL
Level of engineering change that is in effect for the part.
BEGIN DATE
The first date on which this card should be used.
END DATE
The last date on which this card should be used.
CONTAINER QUANTITY
The number of parts to go into an individual container on the shop floor.
SUGGESTED NUMBER OF CARDS
If net change data was selected, the number of cards to be added to or removed from the floor (total suggested quantity less current quantity). If total suggested data was selected, the total number of cards to be used on the floor (equal to the card print quantity).
CURRENT NUMBER OF CARDS
The current number of cards on the shop floor for the part number at the specified revision level between the begin and end dates.
CARD PRINT QUANTITY
Required. Enter the number of cards to print for the production center/part number combination for the requested card type.
ONE TIME
An X is displayed if the CON analysis record is for a one-time card. One-time cards do not update the part's CON card count.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process request.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit and return to main menu.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F9 - Call the Transaction Review Program (CB300E).
F10 - Return to the select screen without submitting requests.
F11 - Calls the Card Print Program directly to process all cards within the requested production center. This command key suspends processing until all analysis records are processed.
