Total Suggested Quantity
Total Suggested Quantity
Total suggested quantity typically is selected at the end of a flow interval to generate cards for the upcoming flow interval. The option may also be used to regenerate cards within a flow interval if the current cards must be replaced. The Card Print Program automatically updates the CONBON card quantities on the Part Master File; printing the total suggested quantity has the effect of replacing the current part master value with the suggested card print quantity. For example, if 15 CON cards are currently circulating for a part, and the suggested card print quantity is 13, the number of CON cards on the part master will be updated to 13 if the total suggested quantity is printed.
