This screen allows you to specify the Document Master File record you want to add, change, or delete.
DOCUMENT NUMBER
Required. The unique number used to identify the document related to all files, screens, and reports. For text documents, it must be identical to the number used to identify the document in the word processing system.
DOCUMENT TYPE
Required for add transaction; Optional for change/delete. Must be one of the following:
T - Text document (exists in the word processing system)
N - Non-text document (does not exist in the word processing system)
MAINTENANCE CODE
Required. Must be one of the following options:
1 - Addition. Displays the detail screen, allowing you to enter information to describe the new document. After you enter the data, a new record is created.
2 - Change. Displays the detail screen, allowing you to change information for the document.
3 - Deletion. Displays the detail screen, allowing you to confirm that you want to delete the record.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Display the detail screen for the document.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Return to the Bill of Documents Application Menu.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F9 - Enter the Document Master Retrieval Inquiry.
