This screen lists all documents associated with the part in the specified plant as of the effectivity date entered on the select screen.  The S field to the right of each line is used to select a document for further processing:

o  To view a text document, type an X in this field and press F11.

o  To change the relationship between a document and the part in the specified plant, type an X in the field and press F9.

PLANT

Display only.  The plant where the document structures exist.  It was specified on the Function Select screen.

PART NUMBER

Display only.  The number and description of the part whose documents are displayed.

OPER NO

Display only.  The number of the operation associated with this Document Structure File record.  A separate record exists for each part/document/operation combination.

DOCUMENT NUM

Display only.  The document number.

DOC TYPE

Display only.  The document type.  This field has one of two values:

T - Text document (exists in the word processing system)

N - Non-text document (does not exist in the word processing system)

DESCRIPTION

Display only.  The document's name or brief text identifying the document.

EFFECTIVITY I/O

Display only.  Indicates whether the corresponding ECO and Date fields represent in-effectivity or out-effectivity information.

EFFECTIVITY ECO

Display only.  The engineering change order that brings the relationship into effect or out of effect.

EFFECTIVITY DATE

Display only.  The date on which the relationship is brought into or out of effect.

SELECT

Optional.

o  To view the document, type an X in this field and press F11.

o  To maintain the document structure record for the document, type an X in this field and press F9.

COMMAND KEYS

Enter - Display the Function Select screen.

F2    - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered.  Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen.  When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.

F3    - Display the BOD Application Menu.

F9    - Enter the Document Structure File Maintenance conversation for the selected relationship.

F11   - Display the selected text document.

F12   - Enter the Routing File Maintenance program.

F13   - Enter the Routing Retrieval Inquiry program.
