This screen displays categories. The area of categories displayed depends on which option you chose on the Reference File Maintenance Menu. For example, if you chose OP, all of the Reference File categories used in the Order Processing module would be displayed. If you choose All Modules, then all categories are listed. The category number and descriptive information are displayed.
You may add, change, or delete a category by entering the category in the 'Category' field at the bottom of this screen.
MODULE
Display only. The module for which categories are listed. It was selected on the previous screen.
CATEGORY LIST
Display only. The unique number that identifies the category throughout the system. To maintain or view the information for a category, enter this number in the Selected Category field.
CATEGORY NAME
Display only. The name of the Reference File category. The name indicates what information (or type of information) is stored on the category.
SELECTED CATEGORY
Optional. To maintain or view information stored on any Reference File category, enter the category number here and press Enter.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Display Function Select screen of selected reference file category.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Return to the System Processing Menu.
F9 - Call the Reference File Inquiry program.
F10 - Return to the Reference File Maintenance Select screen.
