This screen lists Reference File categories. The area of categories displayed depends on which option you chose on the Reference File Inquiry Menu. For example, if you chose OP, all of the Reference File categories used in the Order Processing module would be displayed. The category number and descriptive data are displayed.
You may select one of the listed categories by entering its number in the 'Category' field at the bottom of this screen.
MODULE
Display only. Categories associated with this module are displayed on the screen. The module is selected on the Function Select screen. When this field is blank, all categories are displayed.
CATEGORY NUMBER
Display only. The unique three-digit number that identifies the Reference File category. To select a category, enter this number in the Category field at the bottom of the screen.
CATEGORY NAME
Display only. Brief text describing the type of information stored on the category.
SELECTED CATEGORY
Optional. To select a Reference File category, enter its number in this field.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Display the first screen for the selected category.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or authorized) can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Return to the previous menu.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F9 - Call the Reference File Maintenance program.
F10 - Display the Reference File Inquiry Select screen.
