This screen allows you to request the Reference File Maintenance Audit Trail Report (CF620A). It also allows you to clear the audit trail without printing the report. Both requests can be performed online or as batch jobs. Please note that the batch job is submitted automatically if you request batch processing; you do not have to submit the report request in a separate step. Also note that the audit trail for the Reference File only clear when you select the "Clear Audit Trail File" option.
The audit trail contains a copy of all on-line maintenance transactions posted to the Reference File. The report shows the contents of the records both before and after the change (except for update transactions). Security information, such as the date and time when each transaction was performed and the workstation and operator initiating the transaction, is also included.
SELECT
Optional. Enter a 1 in this field to perform the action on-line. Enter a 2 to perform the action as a batch job. Note that you can select either or both of the actions shown on the screen.
REQUESTOR
Optional. The text entered in this field is printed at the top of the report to help identify who requested the report. No validation is performed.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process request.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
