This program allows the user to view the data stored in the currency master file. The user may view data in this file, but cannot perform any sort of maintenance through this program.
COMPANY
Required. This field specifies the company for which the currency inquiry will be done. A company will be defaulted from the reference file. Must exist on the Reference File category 002.
LOCATION
Required. This field specifies the location within the company whose currencies and rate codes are to be viewed. Must exist on the Reference File category 002.
CURRENCY CODE
Optional. This field specifies the currency to be viewed. This field will allow access to a specific currency for the company/location. Either this entry or the Select All column must be entered.
CURRENCY CODE SELECT ALL
Optional. This field, when entered, will allow the user to view all currencies associated with the input rate code.
RATE CODE
Optional. This field defines the rate code the user wishes to view. Combined with a blank Rate Code Select All entry, a blank Rate Code will specify the current currency code rate.
RATE CODE SELECT ALL
Optional. This field, when entered, allows the user to view all rates associated with the input currency code.
SORT BY CURRENCY CODE
Optional. Type an X in this field to view the requested information sequenced by currency code. You cannot select both this option and the Rate Code option. If you do not select a Sort/View By option, the information will be listed in order by currency code.
SORT BY RATE CODE
Optional. Type an X in this field to view the requested information sequenced by rate code. You cannot select both this and the Currency Code option. If you do not select a Sort/View By option, the information will be listed in order by currency code.
COMMAND KEYS
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit the conversation.
F4 - Displays a list of valid values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
