The Credit Terms Maintenance Function Select screen allows you to add, change, delete or inquire upon a credit term definition. Once you specify a credit term code and a transaction code, the detail screen is displayed. If you are not adding a new credit term, the detail screen is loaded with the information for the term as defined on Reference File categories 223 and 247.
CREDIT TERM
Required. Enter the code for the credit term that you wish to maintain or inquire upon. The credit term code cannot be blank or all nine's.
TRANSACTION CODE
Required. Enter the code corresponding to the type of transaction you wish to perform (add, change, delete, inquire). This field cannot be left blank.
COMMAND KEYS
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without processing the entered data.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
