This screen allows you to select comments and copy them to a specific comment type.
PLANT
Required. Enter the plant from which you want to copy comments.
MANUFACTURING ORDER NUMBER
Required. Enter the valid manufacturing order number from which you want to copy comments.
PARENT PART
Optional. Enter the part number for which you want to copy comments.
COMPONENT
Optional. Enter the component part for which you want to copy comments. Must be an added part or must not be a planning part or non-standard part.
TO FIELDS
Display only. Information in these fields will vary according to the comment type to which you are copying.
SELECT
Enter an X to select the lines which you want to copy.
TEXT
Display only. This area contains the comment text.
SEQUENCE
Display only. The number indicating the order in which comment lines should be displayed and printed.
PRINT CODE
Display only. The value defaults based on the value entered for the comment type during comment maintenance.
COMMAND KEYS
F3 - Exit program without processing the entered data.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F5 - Returns to the top of the comment list.
F6 - Moves to the comment list.
F10 - Returns to the Function Select screen.
F15 - Clears all fields that you have just entered in order to enter new data.
F19 - Returns you to previous screen. (Displays only on the prompt screen.)
F21 - Allows the selection of all the comment lines.
