The Forward to Mailbox ID window allows you to forward the detail information and comments for a specific event to another user’s Business Process Manager (BPM) mailbox.
Select the event information you want to forward by entering an X in the Action Code field of the appropriate event.
After you forward the event information, the Forward to Mailbox ID window will remain on the screen so you can enter another mailbox ID, if desired. The event information will remain in your mailbox after it is forwarded.
FORWARD TO MAILBOX ID
Required. Enter the BPM mailbox ID of the user to whom you want to forward the selected information.
BPM mailbox IDs are associated with a specific signon ID or signon ID and workstation ID combination in Reference File category N03.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter -Forward the selected event information to the specified BPM mailbox ID.
F3 - Close the Forward to Mailbox ID window without processing the entered data and return to the Event Manager Detail screen.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field on which the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
