Prepare Reference File Maintenance Audit Trail Report
To print the Reference File Maintenance Audit Trail Report, which lists all maintenance transactions posted to the Reference File, perform the procedures listed below.
The Reference File Audit Trail File is not cleared each time this procedure is run. This feature allows a complete audit trail of all changes to the Reference File to be kept and listed at any time. To clear the Reference File Audit Trail File, select Reference File Audit Trail from the System Support Menu. On the Function Select screen select the Clear option to clear the Audit Trail.
