RMA Header Comments Example
RMA Header Comments Example
In the RMA Maintenance Program you can enter comments for the RMA header by pressing F12 - Comments from the Recap screen. Be sure your cursor is not on an RMA line or you will be writing comments for that individual line. See the figure below.

RMA Maintenance Recap Screen with the Comments Maintenance
Window Displayed.
Access this screen by pressing F12 - Comments from the Recap screen with the cursor
in the header area. Notice the RMA Line Number field is blank in the window.
Notice the RMA line number field (in the upper left of the screen) is blank. This tells you that the comments are for the RMA header. Also notice that the Default Print Code is '1.' This value defaulted from Reference File category 027. See Figure 1.
