Deleting/Purging Comments
Deleting/Purging Comments
Individual comments can be deleted by entering any alphanumeric character in the delete field (D) and pressing Enter. See the figure below.

RMA Maintenance Recap screen with Comment Maintenance Window Displayed.
Access this screen by pressing F12 - Comments from the RMA Maintenance
Recap screen.
Whenever an RMA is purged from the system through the RMA purge/reorganize option from the File Support Menu, its associated comments (both header and line comments) will also be purged. No extra steps are necessary.
Whenever a lot is purged from the system through the lot purge/reorganize option from the File Support Menu, its associated comments will also be purged. Again, no extra steps are necessary.
Whenever a manufacturing order is purged from the system through the manufacturing order purge/reorganize option from the File Support Menu, its associated comments will also be purged. Again, no extra steps are necessary.
Whenever a rule is purged from the system through the rule purge/reorganize option from the File Support Menu, its associated comments will also be purged. Again, no extra steps are necessary.
