Business Process Manager Comments

You can enter comments for Business Process Manager (BPM) event types and BPM event occurrences.  BPM event type comments are accessed by pressing the Comments key (F12) on the Event Maintenance Detail screen.  You can enter event comments to specify additional information about the event type and the desired extract parameters that may be useful to the person creating the extract program or query for the event type.

Comments about the specific occurrence of a BPM event can be accessed by pressing the Comments key (F12) on the Event Manager Detail screen.  You can enter comments about an event occurrence and then forward the event detail information, with your comments attached, to the mailboxes of other BPM users.
