This screen is displayed for all additional job charge maintenance transactions.
For add and change transactions, this screen is used to enter the planned cost and actual cost data associated with the additional charge for this job. The costs and quantities entered may be negative. The additional job charges defined on this screen will be printed on the Job Cost Report.
For delete transactions, this screen allows you to confirm the delete request. You must press Enter twice to delete the charge for the job.
PLANT
Display only. The plant number from the Function Select screen.
JOB NUMBER
Display only. The job number entered on the Function Select screen.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Display only. The description of the job as it appears on the Job Master File.
ADDITIONAL JOB CHARGE CODE
Display only. The additional job charge code entered on the Function Select screen.
ADDITIONAL JOB CHARGE CODE DESCRIPTION
Display only. The description of the job charge code as it appears on Reference File category D51.
UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. The unit of measure associated with the additional job charge code, if one has been defined on Reference File category D51.
PLANNED COST QUANTITY
Optional if a planned total cost is entered. Required if a planned unit cost only is entered. The quantity to which the additional job charge applies. This quantity will be used with the planned unit cost to compute the planned total cost.
ACTUAL COST QUANTITY
Optional if an actual total cost is entered. Required if an actual unit cost only is entered. The quantity to which the additional job charge applies. This quantity will be used with the actual unit cost to compute the actual total cost.
PLANNED UNIT COST
Optional if a planned total cost is entered. Required if a planned cost quantity only is entered. The unit cost associated with the additional charge. This cost will be used with the planned cost quantity to compute the planned total cost.
ACTUAL UNIT COST
Optional if an actual total cost is entered. Required if an actual cost quantity only is entered. The unit cost associated with the additional charge. This cost will be used with the actual cost quantity to compute the actual total cost.
PLANNED TOTAL COST
Optional if a planned cost quantity and planned unit cost are entered. Required if either a planned cost quantity or a planned unit cost is not entered. The planned total cost for this additional job charge. If a planned cost quantity and planned unit cost are also entered, the planned total cost must equal the product of the planned cost quantity and the planned unit cost.
ACTUAL TOTAL COST
Optional if an actual cost quantity and actual unit cost are entered. Required if either an actual cost quantity or an actual unit cost is not entered. The actual total cost for this additional job charge. If an actual cost quantity and actual unit cost are also entered, the actual total cost must equal the product of the actual cost quantity and the actual unit cost.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process transaction.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without updates.
F10 - Return to Function Select screen without updating.
