This is the first screen displayed in the Additional Job Charge Maintenance conversation. It is used to select a maintenance function to be performed on an additional job charge. The user can either add, change, or delete an additional job charge for a specific job. When an additional job charge is associated with a job, that charge will be included in job cost calculations for the job.
PLANT
Required. The plant in which the additional job charge occurs. Each additional job charge may exist only once per plant for each job. You must be authorized to maintain the plant.
JOB NUMBER
Required. The job number entered must be a valid job on the Job Master File with a status other than Z (costing closed). This is the job for which an additional job charge will be maintained.
ADDITIONAL JOB CHARGE CODE
Required. The additional job charge code must be a valid value defined on Reference category D51. This is the code that identifies the additional job charge to be maintained.
OPTION
Required. The option corresponds to the type of maintenance being done to the additional job charge. Valid values are:
1 - Add Additional Job Charge. The additional job charge specified must not currently be associated with the job/plant.
2 - Change Additional Job Charge. The additional job charge specified must currently be associated with the job/plant.
3 - Delete Additional Job Charge. The additional job charge specified must currently be associated with the job/plant.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process transaction.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without updates.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F11 - Used to call the Additional Job Charge Comments program.
F17 - Allows the plant to be changed.
