PLANT

Display only.  The plant in which the additional job charge occurs.

JOB NUMBER

Display only.  The job for which additional charge comments are being added, changed, or deleted.  The user defined description of the job is also displayed.

ADDITIONAL JOB CHARGE

Display only.  The code identifying the additional charge for which comments are being added, changed, or deleted.  The user-defined description of the charge (as defined on Reference File category D51) is also displayed.

UNIT OF MEASURE

Display only.  The unit of measure associated with the additional job charge, if one has been defined on Reference File category D51.

COMMENT TEXT

Optional.  Comments can be entered describing in more detail the job charge code.  Up to 99 free format lines of text can be entered.  Comments are stored on the Additional Job Charge Comment File (JA105M).

COMMAND KEYS

F13   - Cancels any updates made during this session and returns you to the Function Select screen.

F15   - Cancels updates made during this session but remains in the conversation.

F22   - Will update the comments file with any changes made and return the user to the Function Select screen.
