This is the first screen displayed in the Additional Job Charge Comments Maintenance conversation.  It is used to select an additional job charge for which user-defined comments will be maintained.  An additional job charge record must exist before comments can be maintained for that additional job charge.

PLANT

Required.  The plant in which the additional job charge is incurred.  The user must be authorized to maintain the plant.  This field defaults to the plant found on the user assignment record on the Reference File (category 428).

JOB NUMBER

Required.  The job associated with the additional charge.  Must be an existing job number on the Job Master file.  The specified job cannot have a status of costing closed (Z).

ADDITIONAL JOB CHARGE CODE

Required.  Must exist on Reference File category D51 and have a relationship with the entered job on the Additional Job Charges Master File.  Cannot be blanks or all nines.  The code that identifies the additional job charge for which comments will be maintained.

COMMAND KEYS

F2    - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered.  Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen.  When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.

F3    - Exits this conversation and returns you to the Job Control Menu.

F4    - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned.  If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.

F17   - Allows you to change the plant code from the default value displayed in the upper left corner of the screen.
