Non Job-Controlled Part Costs

 

Planned Non Job-Controlled

Quantity

QUANTITY = Sum of the CR Required Quantity.

Total Cost

TOTAL COST is calculated by the Job Cost Report Program using the accounting standard cost from the Part Master File.

Actual Non Job-Controlled

Quantity

QUANTITY = Sum of the CR Issued Quantity.

Total Cost

TOTAL COST is calculated by the Job Cost Report Program using the accounting standard cost from the Part Master File.

Projected Non Job-Controlled

Quantity

QUANTITY is the greater of CR issued quantity or CR required quantity, unless the MO status is Z or C, in which case the QUANTITY is CR issued.

Total Cost

The TOTAL COST is calculated by the Job Cost Report Program as follows:  If the actual quantity is greater than or equal to the projected quantity, then

TOTAL COST = Actual Total Cost.

Otherwise,

TOTAL COST = (Actual Total Cost) plus ((Projected Quantity minus Actual Quantity) times (Standard Unit Cost)).
