This screen lists each scheduled operation for the order, except those performed in miscellaneous cost workcenters which may be reviewed on a separate screen.
In a multi-currency environment, the base currency is displayed in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, immediately to the left of the date.
PLANT
Display only. The plant where the manufacturing order is produced. It was specified on the Function Select screen.
CURRENCY CODE
Display only. The base currency for the company/location that is associated with the plant. All costs on the screen are expressed in this currency.
ORDER NUMBER
Display only. The manufacturing order for which cost information is displayed. It was specified on the Function Select screen.
PART NUMBER/DESCRIPTION
Display only. The number and description of the parent part that is produced for this manufacturing order.
ORDER STATUS
Display only. The manufacturing order's status. The possible values are:
O - Open (order is in process)
C - Manufacturing Closed (All manufacturing steps are complete for the order, but the accounting activity is not completed for the order.)
Z - Accounting Closed (The order is closed, the grace period has expired, and the period end accounting activity has been completed.)
START DATE
Display only. The planned start date for the first operation for this manufacturing order. This is based on the due date.
ORDER QUANTITY
Display only. The total quantity of the parent item to be produced for this manufacturing order.
DUE DATE
Display only. The planned due date for the manufacturing order.
QUANTITY RECEIVED
Display only. The actual quantity of the parent item that has been received into inventory to date for the manufacturing order.
CLOSE DATE
Display only. The date on which the manufacturing order was recorded as closed.
BALANCE DUE
Display only. The difference between the order quantity and the quantity received.
CONFIGURATION CODE
Display only. This code identifies the options selected for a specific configured part. It uniquely identifies the characteristics of the configured part.
SELECT
Optional. To view more information about the labor and burden costs for an operation, type an X in this field and press F5.
OPERATION NUMBER AND LINE
Display only. The operation identifier associated with each step in the process. A non-zero line number indicates that the operation is an alternative to the primary operation.
WORKCENTER NUMBER
Display only. The workcenter where the operation was performed. The labor and burden rates at this workcenter are used to cost the manufacturing order.
MACHINE/LABOR FLAG
Display only. Indicates whether the operation is performed in a machine- or labor-paced workcenter.
HOURS REPORTED - LABOR AND MACHINE
Display only. The direct labor and machine hours reported against each operation.
ACTUAL COST - LABOR
Display only. The cost of the reported labor/machine hours, based on the standard labor rate for the workcenter.
ACTUAL COST - BURDEN
Display only. The overhead cost of the reported labor/machine hours, based on the standard burden rate for the workcenter.
COST OF RECEIPTS - LABOR
Display only. Expected labor cost of the completed units received into inventory, based upon the scheduled piece rate specified for this operation, and the standard labor rate of the workcenter concerned.
COST OF RECEIPTS - BURDEN
Display only. Expected overhead cost of the completed units received into inventory, based upon the scheduled piece rate specified for this operation, and the standard burden rate for the workcenter concerned.
ORDER BALANCE - LABOR
Display only. The difference between the actual and standard labor cost. This figure represents the variance from standard for the operation.
ORDER BALANCE - BURDEN
Display only. The difference between the actual and standard burden cost. This figure represents the variance from standard for the operation.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program.
F5 - Display the Manufacturing Order Cost Inquiry Labor and Burden Costs Detail Screen.
F6 - Display summary cost information for the order.
F10 - Return to the Function Select screen.
F18 - Print a hard copy of the labor/burden costs.
