CONFIGURATION CODE
Display only. This code identifies the options selected for a specific configured part. It uniquely identifies the characteristics of the configured part. This field is only displayed for configured parts.
COST FACTOR
Display only. One line is displayed for each element of the total cost for the order:
Material - Cost of component issues
Labor - Cost of direct labor
Burden - Cost of direct overhead
Misc Cost - Cost of miscellaneous operations
ACTUAL MATERIAL COST
Display only. The cost of the material that has been issued to the order, costed at the standard cost per unit of each component.
MATERIAL COST OF RECEIPTS
Display only. The standard material cost of the ordered items that have been completed and received into inventory.
MATERIAL ORDER BALANCE
Display only. This figure reflects the variance from standard material cost. It is calculated by subtracting the standard material cost of receipts from the actual material cost.
ACTUAL LABOR COST
Display only. The cost of labor that has been recorded against the order, costed at the standard labor rates of the work centers in which the labor was incurred.
LABOR COST OF RECEIPTS
The standard labor cost of the ordered items that have been completed and received into inventory.
LABOR ORDER BALANCE
Display only. This figure reflects the variance from standard labor cost. It is calculated by subtracting the standard labor cost of receipts from actual labor cost.
ACTUAL BURDEN COST
Display only. The overhead costs, based upon the direct labor or machine hours that have been reported against the order, costed at the standard burden rates.
For labor-paced operations, the actual cost is the sum of the direct labor hours reported multiplied by the workcenter's standard overhead rate.
For machine-paced operations, the actual cost is the sum of the direct machine hours reported multiplied by the workcenter's standard overhead rate.
The actual cost for the entire order is the sum of these two calculations.
BURDEN COST OF RECEIPTS
Display only. The standard burden cost of the ordered items that have been completed and received against the order.
BURDEN ORDER BALANCE
Display only. This figure reflects the variance from standard burden cost. It is calculated by subtracting the standard burden cost of receipts from the actual burden cost.
ACTUAL MISCELLANEOUS COST
Display only. The cost of outside-processed operations, based on the quantity completed against the operations and costed using the standard miscellaneous cost at the workcenter.
For variable cost operations (rate code is L, M, or O), the actual cost is the sum of the quantity completed, multiplied by the workcenter's miscellaneous cost.
For fixed cost operations (rate code is X, Y, or Z), the actual cost is the sum of the quantity completed, multiplied by the workcenter's miscellaneous cost, divided by the part's average order quantity.
The total miscellaneous cost for the order is the sum of these two calculations.
MISCELLANEOUS COST OF RECEIPTS
Display only. The standard miscellaneous cost of the ordered items that have been received into inventory.
MISCELLANEOUS ORDER BALANCE
