This screen displays all inventory movement transactions that have occurred since the requested date. If this inquiry was entered through the Warehouse Balance Cost Inquiry, the display begins with the beginning of the current accounting period. The information on this screen may be printed in a report format by pressing F12.
In a multi-currency environment, the base currency is displayed in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, immediately to the left of the date.
CURRENCY CODE
Display only. The base currency for the company/location. All costs on the screen are expressed in this currency.
COMPANY
Display only. The company that owns the warehouse. It was specified on the Function Select screen.
LOCATION
Display only. The financial location associated with the company/warehouse combination to which financial transactions are charged.
WAREHOUSE
Display only. The warehouse for which inventory transaction are displayed. It was specified on the Function Select screen.
PART NUMBER
Display only. The item for which inventory transactions are displayed. This screen shows all transactions for this part that occurred in the warehouse after the date specified on the Function Select screen.
UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. The stockkeeping unit of measure for the part. All quantities on the screen are expressed in this unit of measure.
PREVIOUS PERIOD END DATE
Display only. The ending date of the period prior to the current fiscal period.
STANDARD UNIT COST
Display only. The standard cost per unit for the part.
PREVIOUS PER BALANCE UNITS
Display only. The inventory balance, in units, at the end of the previous accounting period.
PREVIOUS PERIOD BALANCE
Display only. The inventory value at the end of the previous accounting period.
ACTIVITY UNITS
Display only. The net change in inventory resulting from the transactions shown on the screen.
ACTIVITY COST
Display only. The net financial change in inventory resulting from all transactions shown on the screen.
CONFIGURATION CODE
Display only. This code identifies the options selected for a specific configured part. It uniquely identifies the characteristics of the configured part.
POST DATE
Display only. The date the transaction was processed.
TRANSACTION DATE
Display only. The date the transaction occurred.
TRANSACTION TYPE
Display only. Identifies the type of inventory transaction. Values are:
ADJ - Inventory Adjustment
CCA - Cycle Count Adjustment
ISS - Component Issue
RECT - Manufacturing Order Receipt
SHIP - Sales Order Shipment
TRAN - Inventory Transfer
BYP - By-Product Receipt (produced component)
TRANSACTION QUANTITY
Display only. The quantity of inventory affected by the transaction, expressed in the stockkeeping unit of measure.
VALUE
Display only. The value of the inventory transaction, based on the standard or moving average cost.
DOCUMENT NUMBER/ORDER NUMBER
Display only. The manufacturing order, purchase order, sales order, transfer order (if it is invoiced) or document number associated with the transaction.
ADJUSTMENT CODE/REASON CODE
Display only. The adjustment code identifies the reason for the inventory adjustment. Displayed for stock adjustments, cycle count adjustments, and post-billing transactions.
STOCK LOCATION
Display only. The stock location in the specified warehouse associated with the transaction.
LOT NUMBER
Display only. This is the lot number that is associated with a lot-controlled part.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program.
F11 - Display the Warehouse Balance Cost Inquiry screen for the part.
F12 - Print the Inventory Movement Detail report. A window asking for a new output location will be prompted before the print is performed.
F23 - Display the Configuration Template Window which allows you to view/modify the Configuration Code more easily.
