This screen is used to enter selection criteria for the Inventory Movement Inquiry screen. The inquiry provides a transaction history for a part within a given warehouse.
COMPANY
Required. The company to which the warehouse belongs. The company must be defined on Reference File category 002. The company/warehouse combination must exist on the Plant/Warehouse Description File.
WAREHOUSE
Required. The detail screen will display all inventory transactions for the part within this warehouse. The company/warehouse combination must be defined on the Plant/Warehouse Description File.
PART NUMBER
Required. All inventory transactions for this part within the specified warehouse will be displayed on the detail screen. It must be an active part.
CONFIGURATION CODE
Optional. Enter a configuration code which corresponds to the specified part number. For the combination to be valid, it must exist on the Configuration Code File (EC140M) and the part must be configuration costed.
DATE
Optional. The detail screen will display all transactions that were processed since the entered date.
COST SELECTION
Required. Enter the code to indicate whether you want the inventory transactions to be displayed using standard costs or accounting costs.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Display Inventory Movement Detail screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menu.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F23 - Display the Configuration Template window, which allows you to view/modify the Configuration Code more easily.
