This screen allows you to specify which reports should automatically be printed after an IA period end run. The following reports are available:

WIP by Accounting Code report (IA600A, B)

Open Order Balance report (IA640A)

Labor Efficiency Variance report (IA650A, B)

Manning Efficiency Variance report (IA660A, B)

Burden Efficiency Variance report (IA670A, B)

JIT Activity by Accounting Code (IA140A, B, C, D)

The reports can be selected by specifying a 'Y' in the field next to the report.

WIP BY ACCOUNTING CODE REPORT

Optional. This report shows a detailed listing by part of the activity reported against each manufacturing order for the period, sorted by accounting code.

OPEN ORDER BALANCE REPORT

Optional. This report shows the material, labor, overhead, and miscellaneous costs to date for each open manufacturing order. The costs are calculated through the last completed operation.

LABOR EFFICIENCY VARIANCE REPORT

Optional. This report lists the actual, standard, and variance labor costs for each manufacturing order. The cost equals the corresponding hours times the labor rate.

MANNING EFFICIENCY VARIANCE REPORT

Optional. This report lists the actual, standard, and variance manning costs for each manufacturing order. In all cases, the cost equals the corresponding hours times the labor rate.

BURDEN EFFICIENCY VARIANCE REPORT

Optional. This report lists the actual, standard, and variance overhead costs for each manufacturing order. In all cases, the cost equals the corresponding hours times the overhead (or burden) rate.

JIT ACTIVITY BY ACCOUNTING CODE REPORT

Optional. This report shows a summary of the activity reported against each JIT part for the period, sorted by accounting code.

COMMAND KEYS

Enter - Update Reference File category N24 with the options entered.

F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.

F3 - Exit the program without update.
