This screen allows the maintenance of existing drafts. Either enter a specific draft number or enter the customer number to see a list of drafts and select one to be maintained. If you choose to view a list of drafts, you can also enter date range and status to limit which drafts are displayed.
COMPANY/LOCATION
Required. The draft or customer's company and location.
CUSTOMER
Optional. If customers are defined at the company or company/location level, the customers must be valid for the open item company or company/location. If a customer is specified, a list of drafts for this customer will be displayed. You can then choose a draft from this list and go into the Maintenance detail screen (DM110S03) to maintain it. The customer must exist on the Customer Master File. Either this field or the draft number field must be filled.
PAYMENT TYPE
Optional. Payment types must exist on Reference File category 344. If entered, the payment type must be a bill of exchange.
DRAFT NUMBER
Optional. The specific draft that will be shown on the detail screen. The Draft List screen (DM110S02) will not be shown. Either this field or the customer field must be filled. If entered, the company/location and payment type must be entered and exist in combination with the draft number on the Draft Master File.
FROM ISSUE DATE
Optional. Specifies the beginning of the date range for drafts on the Draft List screen (DM110S02). If entered, the from issue date must be valid and the through issue date must be entered. If draft number is entered, the from issue date must not be entered. Issue date must be valid against the format defined in Reference File category 049.
THROUGH ISSUE DATE
Optional. Specifies the end of the date range for drafts on the Draft List screen (DM110S02). Must be entered if From Issue Date is entered. This date must be greater than the From Issue Date. Issue date must be valid against the format defined in Reference File category 049.
STATUS
Optional. Draft status must exist on Reference File category F44. Specifies the status of drafts that will appear on the Draft List screen (DM110S02). If entered, the draft number must not be entered.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Validate screen and display Draft Information.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit and return to DMMENU.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
