This screen lists the open items which have been paid by the draft. Information is retrieved from the Payment Application File (ARAPPLP).
COMPANY/LOCATION
Display only. The company/location of the draft.
CUSTOMER
Display only. The customer for which the draft has been created.
DRAFT NUMBER
Display only. The number of the draft.
ISSUE DATE
Display only. The issue date of the draft.
DUE DATE
Display only. The due date of the draft.
DRAFT STATUS
Display only. The status of the draft, defined in Reference File category F44.
DRAFT AMOUNT
Display only. The amount of the draft.
CURRENCY
Display only. The currency in which the draft has been issued. In a single currency environment, this field is not displayed.
CO/LOC
Display only. The company/location of the associated open item.
DOCUMENT TYPE
Display only. The document type of the open item.
DOCUMENT NUMBER/DOCUMENT DATE
Display only. The number of the associated open item, and the date the document was created.
INSTALLMENT NUMBER
Display only. The particular installment number of the associated open item. If the document does not have installments, this number will be zero.
ORIGINAL AMOUNT
Display only. Identifies the foreign amount of the payment.
BASE AMOUNT
Display only. Identifies the base amount of the payment.
EXCHANGE RATE
Display only. This is the currency exchange rate at the time the payment was created. This rate was used to convert the originating currency transaction amounts into the bookkeeping (base) currency. This field is displayed only if the system option is multiple currency.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Return to the draft inquiry list screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit the program.
F6 - Display additional open item information, including, Document Date, Base Currency, and Original Currency.
F10 - Return to the selection screen.
