This screen allows you to specify one bill-to customer. The detail screen will allow you to define which ship-to customers should be related to this bill-to customer. When entering an order, you will be able to view a list of related ship-to and bill-to customers. If a flag on the bill-to customer's Customer Master File record is set to Y, a relationship record will be required before you can enter a bill-to/ship-to combination for an order.
COMPANY
Required if displayed. The company that does business with the bill-to customer. This field is displayed only if customers are defined at the company or company/location level. (The customer/ currency level is specified on Reference File category 133.) Authorization to the company/location is validated on Reference File category 332.
LOCATION
Required if displayed. The location that does business with the bill-to customer. This field is displayed only if customers are defined at the company/location level. (The customer/currency level is defined on Reference File category 133.) Authorization to the company/location is validated on Reference File category 332.
BILL-TO CUSTOMER NUMBER
Required. Enter the bill-to customer that you will associate with ship-to customer(s). You will create relationships between this bill-to customer and one or several ship-to customers on the detail screen. The bill-to customer must be valid on the Customer Master File.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Validate the data and display the detail screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program without processing the entered data.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
