User-Defined Fields on Customer File
User-Defined Fields on Customer File
Several fields on the Customer Master File are available for any additional data you wish to store. Six types of these fields exist. For each field you wish to use, you need to define the corresponding descriptive literal on a Reference File category. When you are ready to enter data for a customer, MAC-PAC will access the Reference File and retrieve the field names for display on the screen. Note that MAC-PAC must be modified to process any of these fields.
