VDA messages are the electronically transmitted delivery requests sent to you from your customers. If a request message contains an error, it is rejected and placed in the Erroneous VDA File. The VDA Messages Maintenance Function Select screen allows you to access rejected VDA messages and maintain them. This enables you to re-transmit the corrected messages.

Optional. Placing an 'X' in this field allows you to view the entire list of messages for all senders. Should be left blank if sender has been specified in field below.
SENDER EDI IDENTIFICATION NUMBER
Optional. Indicates the electronic address of the issuer of this delivery request. Allows you to display the list of messages for a given sender. Should be left blank if an 'X' has been placed in the All field.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Validates data and displays the List screen.
F2 - Displays a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exits this conversation and displays the application menu.
F4 - Displays a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
