The VDA Delivery Request Maintenance Comments screen allows you to associate comments with the VDA delivery request that you are maintaining.
REQUEST NUMBER
Display only. Identifies the number of the request you are maintaining. Defaults from the value on the Release List screen.
BLANKET ORDER NUMBER
Display only. The blanket order number assigned to the particular item number, as defined in the Item/Delivery Point Relationship List.
DELIVERY POINT
Display only. The delivery point assigned to the particular item number, as defined in the Item/Delivery Point Relationship List. Three fields are used to identify a delivery point: bill-to customer, ship-to customer, and delivery point location at the ship-to address.
DELIVERY POINT ADDRESS
Display only. The address of the ship-to customer and delivery point location.
SHIP-TO/DELIVERY POINT EDI NUMBER
Display only. Indicates the EDI numbers associated with the ship-to customer and the delivery point.
ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Defined on the Item/Delivery Point Relationship List. Defaults from the value entered on the Release List screen.
ITEM DESCRIPTION
Display only. Describes the Item specified on the Release List screen. Defined on the Item/Delivery Point Relationship List.
CUSTOMER ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Identifies the customer part number as defined on the Item/Delivery Point Relationship List. Defaults from the value entered on the Release List screen.
CUSTOMER ITEM DESCRIPTION
Display only. Describes the Customer Item specified on the Release List screen. Defined on the Item/Delivery Point Relationship List.
COMMENTS
Optional. Enter the comments you wish to associate with this VDA delivery request.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Validates the entered data and enables the F16 function key.
F16 - Displays the Release List screen.
