The VDA Delivery Request Maintenance Delivery Request Synchronization screen allows the entering of the last three dispatch advice numbers and quantities received by the customer.
REQUEST NUMBER
Display only. Identifies the number of the request you are maintaining. Defaults from the value on the Release List screen.
BLANKET ORDER NUMBER
Display only. The blanket order number assigned to the particular item number, as defined in the Item/Delivery Point Relationship List.
DELIVERY POINT
Display only. The delivery point assigned to the particular item number, as defined in the Item/Delivery Point Relationship List. Three fields are used to identify a delivery point: bill-to customer, ship-to customer, and delivery point location at the ship-to address.
SHIP-TO/DELIVERY POINT EDI NUMBER
Display only. Indicates the EDI number associated with the ship-to customer and the delivery point.
ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Defined on the Item/Delivery Point Relationship List. Defaults from the value entered on the Release List screen.
ITEM DESCRIPTION
Display only. Describes the Item specified on the Release List screen. Defined on the Item/Delivery Point Relationship List.
CUSTOMER ITEM NUMBER
Display only. Identifies the customer part number as defined on the Item/Delivery Point Relationship List. Defaults from the value entered on the Release List screen.
CUSTOMER ITEM DESCRIPTION
Display only. Describes the Customer Item specified on the Release List screen. Defined on the Item/Delivery Point Relationship List.
SYNCHRONIZATION DATE
Display only. The date and time of the delivery request.
CUMULATIVE QUANTITY RECEIVED
Display only. The total quantity of the item received by the customer since the synchronization date.
DISPATCH ADVICE NUMBER (AVIEXP)
Optional. The number of the dispatch advice transmitted for the item/delivery point. The electronic shipping list transmitted to the customer upon shipment of the release. Corresponds to the shipping list number transmitted for the item/delivery point.
QUANTITY RECEIVED
Optional. The quantity of goods already received by the customer for this dispatch advice.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Validates the entered data and enables the F16 function key.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
F16 - Displays the VDA Delivery Request Maintenance Release List screen.
