The Synchro Labels Re-printing Request (GA320S03) allows you to request a re-printing of labels printed through the Synchro module.
You can request the re-issue of a specific label by entering its number, or you can request all of the labels associated to a shipping proposal (the shipping proposal may have already undergone the lock/forward process). The labels must have been added through the Label Maintenance conversation.
ALL LABELS
Optional. Enter an 'X' to request the reprinting of all labels.
SHIPPING PROPOSAL NUMBER
Optional. Enter the number of the shipping proposal for which you want to reprint the labels. The proposal may or may not have undergone the lock/forward process. Required Entry Field if the request is for 'All Labels'.
SHIPPING LIST NUMBER
Optional. Enter the number of the shipping list for which you want to reprint the labels. This field allows you to enter more specification criteria to select the labels you wish to reprint.
LABEL NUMBER
Optional. Enter the number of the label you wish to re-print. This label must have been added through the Label Maintenance conversation.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Validates the entered data.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exits this conversation without update and displays the application menu.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
