The Shipping Proposals Re-Print Request (GA320S01) allows you to request the reprinting of previously generated shipping proposals.
The data is then identical to the one printed on the shipping proposal reports following the daily batch process of shipping proposal generation. It does not include the completed shipments nor the open or frozen shipping lists associated to the shipping proposal.
You can print each shipping proposal individually, including the ones which have undergone the lock/forward. process.
ALL PROPOSALS
Optional. Enter an 'X' to print all shipping proposals that have not undergone the lock/forward process (proposals whose shipping date has passed).
SHIPPING PROPOSAL NUMBER
Optional. Enter the number of the shipping proposal you wish to reprint. Must correspond to a shipping proposal that has been generated by the Synchro module. This shipping proposal can have gone through the lock/forward process.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Validates the entered data.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exits this conversation without update and displays the application menu.
F4 - Display a list of values for the field where the cursor is positioned. If you select one of the items from the list, it will be returned to the application screen.
