The packaging type (TCO) segment specifies the packaging requirements for the shipment.  It applies to the item specified in the preceding ARD segment.  This segment can be repeated to identify different packaging requirements for the same item.  MAC-PAC does not process this segment.

SEGMENT TYPE

Display only.  Text identifying the type of message segment displayed.

SEGMENT CODE

Display only.  Three-character code identifying the type of segment being displayed.

ERROR MESSAGE

Display only.  Displayed only if the segment contains an error.  A message is displayed in red indicating what caused the message to fail validation.

INTERNATIONAL ID

Display only.  International identification number allocated to the trading partner.

TAG M7065

Optional.  The type of packaging to be used.

TAG M7064

Optional.  Text describing the type of packaging.  Corresponds to Odette tag 7064.

TAG M1906

Optional.  A reference number identifying the package.  Corresponds to Odette tag 1906.

TAG M7224

Optional.  The number of packages included in the shipment.  Corresponds to Odette tag 7224.

TAG M6853

Required.  The number of items in each package.  The quantity is expressed in the indicated unit of measure.  Corresponds to Odette tag 6853.

TAG M64100

Optional.  The unit of measure used to identify the quantity per package.  Corresponds to Odette tag 6410.

TAG M6168

Required.  The length of the package.  Corresponds to Odette tag 6168.

TAG M6140

Optional.  The width of the package.  Corresponds to Odette tag 6140.

TAG M6008

Optional.  The height of the package.  Corresponds to Odette tag 6008.

TAG M6292

Optional.  The gross weight of the package.  Corresponds to Odette tag 6292.

TAG M6160

Optional.  The net weight of the package.  Corresponds to Odette tag 6160.

TAG M2827

Optional.  The date on which this packaging information goes into effect.  Corresponds to Odette tag 2069.

COMMAND KEYS

Enter - Validate and process any changes.

F3    - Exit program without processing the entered data.

F8    - Display the list of messages.

F10   - Return to the Function Select screen without processing the entered data.

F11   - Display the header screen for the message.
