The DELINS/VDA Maintenance List Screen (GA215S02) displays a list of erroneous DELINS/VDA messages, as specified on the Function Select screen. From this list, you can select one or several messages and perform the following maintenance:
o Change a message;
o Change the status;
o Perform acquisition simulation if Reference File category G26 (Synchro Daily Batch Parameters) allows partial DELINS/VDA acquisition.
MESSAGE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER
Display only. Indicates each message by the date and time of its first acquisition and a six-digit sequential number.
VERSION NUMBER
Display only (by pressing F6). Indicates the current version (date/time) of the message.
SENDER EDI NUMBER
Display only. Indicates the electronic address of the issuer of this delivery request. This EDI number has been defined through the EDI Number Maintenance conversation for.
REQUEST NUMBER
Display only. Indicates the delivery request number (DELINS) assigned by the customer (MID/1004).
IN USE
Display only. Indicates if the message is being used (Y/N). If this messages is in use, it cannot be accessed.
REQUEST DATE
Display only. Indicates the date of the delivery request (DELINS) assigned by the customer (MID/1004).
STATUS
Display only. Indicates the current status of the message.
FLT (Fault): Pending Message. The message is incorrect. Once corrected, this message will be reprocessed during the next daily batch process.
MOD (Modified): Modified pending message. The message was manually modified. It will be reprocessed during the next daily batch and the version number will be updated.
RDY (Ready): Successful pending simulation. The message has undergone a successful acquisition simulation. It will be reprocessed during the next daily batch process.
HLD (Hold): Held message. The message was held by the user. It will not be processed until the status is changed.
SUP (Suppressed): Pending to be deleted. If you deactivated this message by pressing F21, it will be assigned a suppressed status, and will be deleted the next time the daily batch is run.
SELECTION
Optional. Enter an 'X' to select a message to display detail information.
COMMAND KEYS
F3 - Exits this screen without validating or updating the entered information.
F6 - Displays the messages version numbers.
F7 - Allows access to a selected message to display and change the segments.
F10 - Returns to the Function Select screen.
F15 - Nullifies user entries, retrieves the original data, if any, and allows re-entry of data.
F20 - Generates the acquisition simulation for the selected message(s), if the Partial DELINS/VDA Acquisition flag on category G26 is 'N'.
F21 - Allows the change the status of the selected message(s): hold (becomes HLD)/release (becomes FLT).
F23 - Allows you to change the status of the selected message(s): delete (become SUP)/reactivate (becomes FLT).
