The recall of the last deliveries (PDN) segment identifies goods received and processed by the customer through the date specified in the previous ARD segment. It can be used to clarify which deliveries have been included in the quantities calculated by the buyer. The segment can be repeated up to 10 times for each ARD segment.
SEGMENT TYPE
Display only. Text identifying the type of message segment displayed.
SEGMENT CODE
Display only. Three-character code identifying the type of segment being displayed.
ERROR MESSAGE
Display only. Displayed only if the segment contains an error. A message is displayed in red indicating what caused the message to fail validation.
INTERNATIONAL ID
Display only. International identification number allocated to the trading partner.
TAG N1128
Optional. The unique number identifying the shipping advice (or dispatch notice). Corresponds to Odette tag 1128.
TAG N2219
Optional. The date of the shipping advice. Corresponds to Odette tag 2219.
TAG N6270
Optional. The quantity specified on the shipping advice. Corresponds to Odette tag 6270.
TAG N6872
Optional. The quantity actually received at the delivery point. This field is optional, but it should be used if the received quantity is different than the delivered quantity. Corresponds to Odette tag 6872.
TAG N2441
Optional. Date the goods were received. Corresponds to Odette tag 2441.
TAG N2831
Optional. The time the goods were received. Corresponds to Odette tag 2002.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Validate and process any changes.
F3 - Exit program without processing the entered data.
F8 - Display the list of messages.
F10 - Return to the Function Select screen without processing the entered data.
F11 - Display the header screen for the message.
