The Synchro data (DST) segment helps the buyer and seller reconcile the quantity received and the quantity sent. The information applies to the item specified in the preceding ARD segment.
SEGMENT TYPE
Display only. Text identifying the type of message segment displayed.
SEGMENT CODE
Display only. Three-character code identifying the type of segment being displayed.
ERROR MESSAGE
Display only. Displayed only if the segment contains an error. A message is displayed in red indicating what caused the message to fail validation.
INTERNATIONAL ID
Display only. International identification number allocated to the trading partner.
TAG N2801
Required. The date when the quantities were calculated. Corresponds to Odette tag 2253.
TAG N2802
Optional. The time when the quantities were calculated. Corresponds to Odette tag 2002.
TAG N6802
Optional. The cumulative quantity that has been scheduled. This is the total quantity that is expected. Corresponds to Odette tag 6802.
TAG N6804
Optional. The cumulative quantity that has been received. This is the actual amount that has been delivered to date. Corresponds to Odette tag 6804.
TAG N6806
Optional. The quantity that has been overshipped (negative) or undershipped (positive). Corresponds to Odette tag 8606.
TAG N2807
Optional. The first date for which shipments are included in the cumulative quantities. Corresponds to Odette tag 2121.
TAG N6812
Optional. The quantity that must still be delivered. Corresponds to Odette tag 6812.
TAG N6905
Optional. The quantity that has been scheduled through the cumulative date. Corresponds to Odette tag 6905.
TAG N6909
Optional. The total amount in stock for the customer. Corresponds to Odette tag 6909.
COMMAND KEYS
F3 - Exit program without processing the entered data.
F8 - Display the list of messages.
F10 - Return to the Function Select screen without processing the entered data.
F11 - Display the header screen for the message.
