The Shipping Schedule Inquiry Detail Screen (GA850S03) allows you to access the detailed inquiry for the pending shipment you selected from the list screen.
Depending on the information entered, this screen displays:
o Details of a shipping schedule
o Offset releases grouped on one line from the shipping schedule. In this case, the shipping proposal number is not displayed.
Quantities to be shipped for each line are displayed.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Display only. Displays the company/warehouse from which the item will be shipped.
DELIVERY POINT
Display only. A delivery point is the exact location at the ship-to customer address in which goods shipped to this customer are to be delivered, usually a warehouse or loading dock. Three fields are used to specify the delivery point: bill-to customer, ship-to customer, and delivery point location at the ship-to address.
DELIVERY POINT ADDRESS
Display only. Displays the address of the delivery point. Retrieved from the Delivery Point File.
CONSOLIDATION POINT
Display only. A consolidation point is an intermediate delivery point between the vendor and the customer.
CONSOLIDATION POINT NAME
Display only. Describes the consolidation point.
SHIP VIA
Display only. Displays the transportation mode specified in the shipping proposal or in the endorsement associated to the offset release.
SHIP VIA - DESCRIPTION
Display only. Describes the ship via mode.
SHIPPING PROPOSAL NUMBER
Display only. Displays the shipping proposal number if it has been generated.
SHIP REASON CODE/DESCRIPTION
Display only. Displays the code used to specify the reason why an order is being shipped. The ship reason code and its description are defined on Reference File category M11. The description associated with this code will be printed on shipment paperwork.
SOURCING WAREHOUSE
Display only. Displays the MAC-PAC warehouse from which the items on this shipping list will be shipped.
SHIPPING DATE
Display only. Date shipment is scheduled to occur.
DELIVERY DATE
Display only. Indicates the delivery date for the items. The transportation lead-time applied is associated to the valid endorsement for the shipping proposal or the offset release.
WEIGHT
Display only. Is calculated according to the unit weight of each item defined in MAC-PAC database.
VOLUME
Display only. Is calculated according to the unit volume of each item defined in MAC-PAC database.
ITEM
Display only. Indicates the internal reference number for the item to be shipped.
ITEM DESCRIPTION
Display only. Describes the item shipped.
QUANTITY TO SHIP
Display only. This quantity can be:
o The shipped quantity for the displayed shipping proposal. This quantity takes into account the advance or backorder accumulated for the item/delivery point, the offset releases due and the delivery rounding rules. This quantity is calculated by the shipping proposal generation process.
o The sum of the quantities associated to the offset releases due at the expected shipment date. The quantities have then been decreased by the delivery advance which may have been applied. All the offset releases for the shipment date are taken into account as well as the delivery point, the groupage point, the ship-via and the shipping company/warehouse.
STOCK UNIT
Display only. Displays the unit in which the item is stocked as defined on the Part Master File (DE100M).
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Returns to the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Allows the user to exit the screen.
F8 - Returns to the Shipping Schedule List screen.
F10 - Returns to the Function Select screen.
